SJS helps trade contractors prepare professional estimates and invoices using the job information they supply. We agree on the exact work and delivery timing before paid service starts.

Monthly document plans

There is no setup fee on these monthly plans. Prices are in USD before applicable tax. Monthly allowances do not roll over. We confirm billing dates, cancellation terms, and any additional work with you before payment.

What counts as one document?

One standard estimate or invoice with up to 15 line items and one reasonable revision. You supply your business and customer details, scope, quantities, rates, exclusions, and payment terms. You approve the technical details and final document before it is released.

Site measurements, engineering, permits, purchasing, detailed plan takeoffs, and unusually complex work are outside the standard scope and need a separate agreement. Additional standard documents on a monthly plan are $25 each.

What changes between plans?

All monthly plans include your business branding, itemized labor and materials, and customer-ready PDFs. Professional adds organized document history, a priority queue when capacity permits, and an open-invoice summary based on your updates. Premium adds a monthly activity report, an outstanding-invoice follow-up list, and support for multiple team contacts.

One-time help and websites

A single standard document is $35. Web Launch starts at $995 for one contractor landing page with approved business information, an inquiry form, basic on-page search setup, and two revision rounds. Optional Website Care is $79/month for two minor content changes and one monthly site check. Additional service pages start at $175 each.

Domain registration, third-party subscriptions, advertising budgets, and applicable taxes are separate. Ownership, handoff, and service terms are confirmed before paid work. Website rankings, lead volume, and revenue are not guaranteed.

AI Receptionist & Job Scheduler

This is a separately quoted upgrade for Professional or Premium. Setup, phone service, calendar connections, call allowances, and any additional usage are agreed in writing before activation. The upgrade is excluded from displayed package totals.

We agree on business hours, service area, appointment types, booking rules, and when to hand a call to your team. An inquiry requests a conversation; it does not activate a subscription, phone service, or appointment booking.
